01 / Storyteller
James is the former CEO of The Fat Duck Group. He is a storyteller and entrepreneur. In 2018 he launched Wonderland Restaurants. Park Row—London’s first DC Comics-inspired restaurant, created in partnership with Warner Bros—was his first venture with the business. James created the narrative for The Monarch Theatre, working closely with ISO and Sysco on the visual content, as well as the Executive Chef on the 10-course tasting menu.

Eamonn is a highly successful entrepreneur and operational director, with an exemplary track record in the hospitality sector. His achievements include the launch and operation of new HNW nightclubs and restaurant venues in London and worldwide, including Movida, Beat, Tape, MNKY HSE and Opium. Specialising in brand creation, and with extensive contacts across the F&B industry, he is often consulted on concepts, product launches and expansion.

Originally from a finance background trading leveraged products for UHNW individuals, Ben transitioned into hospitality in 2016 when he joined James Bulmer at The Fat Duck Group as Commercial Director. He then joined James for the launch of Park Row and subsequent projects.
